Job Description
Johns Manville is hiring full-time Production Operators in our forming department and finishing department for our Milan, Ohio facility. This facility manufactures EPDM single-ply rubber roofing used in commercial and industrial building applications. Raw materials are mixed on-site and extruded into a sheeted product that is inspected and packaged per customer specifications. Qualified candidates must be able to work any shift, including rotating, weekends, holidays, and overtime. The production operator role in Milan is responsible for operating and troubleshooting forming and finishing equipment, monitoring the product for compliance to specifications, and monitoring machine performance to ensure tolerances and product acceptability.

The pay rate for production positions is $18.29 per hour to start, with opportunity for skill-based increases. Johns Manville also offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance; 401K, paid vacation and paid holidays.
