We are looking for a strong product marketing manager to establish LinkedIn as the #1 site for job seekers to look for and land a job, and to accelerate growth of job seekers on the platform.

The ideal candidate will have an outstanding track record of building cross-functional partnerships, developing strategy, and executing a broad range of initiatives within a complex, multi-business organization to drive user acquisition via on- and off-platform channels.

The ideal candidate is a self starter who is not only comfortable with numbers, data, and analytics, but also has a “members-first” mindset and passion for delivering amazing user experiences.  

This marketing expert will work closely with our product, marketing operations, and finance teams to develop member insights, build and launch marketing campaigns, track performance, and manage a P&L. The ideal candidate can blend analytical and creative skill sets, guide diverse stakeholders to consensus, and always keep the job seeker’s perspective top of mind.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with cross-functional teams and other LinkedIn businesses to define, shape, and execute go-to-market strategy focused on job seekers

Explore and validate new product opportunities to grow job seeker value and engagement

Partner closely with digital acquisition team to optimize the end-to-end digital experience and implement full lifecycle marketing initiatives targeting jobseekers

Develop member insights and strategic perspective to help Careers product team build the most compelling features for job seekers

Develop framework and perform data analysis, forecasting, A/B and multivariate testing in order to optimize for various goals including acquisition, survival and LTV within Premium and across other LinkedIn businesses

Basic Qualifications:  

5 years marketing experience

3 years consumer internet experience

BA or BS degree,

or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced in lifecycle marketing strategy and execution

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to manage and influence across highly cross-functional teams

Development and management of multi-million dollar marketing budgets

Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, profitable, multi-channel customer acquisition programs that drive business results

Strong cross-functional aptitude and experience collaborating with stakeholders

MA/MBA degree in marketing or related field
