In this role, you have the opportunity to

work in the Business Innovation Unit. You will work with Senior Product Managers within this group, The Product Manager supports defining, launching and building profitable product solution platforms that transform healthcare.

Your responsibilities

Develops value propositions and detailed product specifications for part of a system or product upgrades.

Influences business plans and management communications by supporting product development projects for new features.

Supports product management by gathering specific information and preparation of product introduction material.

Gather and assimilate information including competitive landscape, SWOT analysis mapping market place trends and research into insights and product roadmap.

Develop presentation materials to support new product introduction. Support new product training.

Maintain a needs-based customer segmentation for their respective solution across global markets (supported by Market Intelligence)

Help define product platforms that support growth, product evolution, modular designs

Work within a cross functional team including R&D, Services and Operations to develop integrated offerings.

Develop new product business cases for consideration in the portfolio management process

Help develop business requirements for new product and enhancements to existing products; work with R&D on functional specifications and feature/function prioritization

Work with downstream marketing to enable the market sales team success (e.g., conduct presentations ahead of new product launch)

Support development of global new product/solution training content.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Understand segmentation strategies.

Familiar with national healthcare systems.

Familiarity with in-hospital medical device industry (patient monitoring) and the emerging technologies and innovations that drive growth and adoption of medical devices.

Knowledge of product management methodologies.

Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleagues.

Proven ability to manipulate customer research data in support of product marketing activities (market model creation, quantitative research results analysis including needs based segmentation modeling)

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, MBA preferred

2 - 4 years in marketing, product development, or related field

Experience in high tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses
