The Employee

Health Innovation CoE will productize innovative and digital employee wellbeing

solutions to ensure our employees have the resources and services to become the

Healthiest Workforce. As a product leader, the Manager will assume stewardship

of, and is accountable for the design, execution and implementation of Global

Health Services’ (GHS) products/services related to: employee wellness,

work-life effectiveness, energy for performance (energy capacity for improved

performance and resilience) and digital health. The Manager will ensure

products progress through the product lifecycle from initial design concept

through operationalization. The Manager is also responsible for converting the

product vision into a workable product roadmap through forward-looking planning

and tactical prioritization of tasks. This role will work closely with

Operations and Technology to deliver new product offerings and improve those

currently in service. We’re seeking an innovator who can think big while

remaining pragmatic and transforming innovation into values.

The Manager

contributes to the success of GHS vision and strategy by seeking and developing

innovative “next in class” products, solutions and strategies. S/he also works

with a cross-functional team of subject matter experts to evaluate and make

appropriate modifications in implementing strategy and approach based on

regional nuances and complexities. The Manager acts, and is sought out as a

product expert resource to provide guidance and instruction to others in

adapting to new and emerging digital innovation. S/he inspires and ignites the

imagination and passion of others to create a culture of innovation to

consistently provide a delightful and consistent product experience.

The Product

Manager, Employee Health Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) will:

Formulate and

implement global employee wellbeing, workplace effectiveness and digital

wellbeing product strategies that are based on industry best practiceTranslate strategic

/product roadmap to a set of tactically executable steps. Communicate both

strategic and tactical roadmaps to key stakeholdersBe responsible

for development and support of deployment toolkits, guidelines and best

practices through research, implementation planning and vendor partnership.Gather and

analyze data, feedback and KPIs and use these insights data to develop and

inform the evolution of product roadmapsConduct effective

customer/user interviews Build

product/service revenue, pricing, and adoption modelsPerform basic

data modeling. Experience with various analytics tools, and business

intelligence toolsHave broad

understanding of usability and ability to communicate to the user experience

team using a common languageTrace a user

issue (or set of issues) back to the underlying problem Brainstorm

potential solutions to technical problems and identify opportunities that arise

from new digital innovation Champion product

and brand both internally and externallyEnsure enterprise-wide

needs for due diligence (RFIs/RFPs), risk assessment and continuing vendor

monitoring

minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required  Experience

in health/wellness and digital health is requiredA

minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, digital health,

program management, or workplace/employee wellness programs is requiredExperience

conducting data analysis around employee health and workplace

effectiveness programs is preferredEntrepreneurial

and resourceful approach to solution design is requiredProven

experience in providing service to internal and external stakeholders to

achieve successful program outcomes is requiredDemonstrated

capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment and

assertiveness is requiredExperience

working with matrixed, geographically distributed and functionally diverse

work groups is preferredProven

ability to build strong partnerships with the business, operations,

technology and other key stakeholders is requiredVendor

management experience is requiredExperience

in design thinking is preferredPrior

consulting and/or strategic planning experience desiredUp

to 15% domestic travel is required
