Product Management plays a leadership role in developing strategy and

execution of key initiatives for a set of Foundational Technologies and

Solutions in the Oracle CX Suite. This role includes driving development and

delivery of the CX Foundation vision, strategy, messaging and field enablement.

This position takes a leadership role in representing CX Foundation to internal

(e.g., product marketing, corporate marketing, event and field marketing, sales

and other field organizations) and external (e.g., analysts,

customers/prospects, press, system integrators/partners, etc.) audiences. This

is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the Product and Market

Strategy team and play a broad and diverse role in influencing the business.

Responsibilities include:


Develop go to market strategy and analysis for the CX Foundation

Products & Technologies within the Oracle CX Suite


Create and deliver CX Foundation Products & Technologies vision

and messaging within overall CX Cloud Suite and thought leadership topics


Develop message and content for key personas in the CX Foundation

Products & Technologies domain


Product subject matter expert on CX Foundation Products &

Technologies and how they fit into cross-CX messaging and product initiatives,

including Adaptive Intelligence Applications (AI), Internet of Things and CX



Lead analyst relations for CX Foundation Products &

Technologies, partnering with Analyst Relations in building key analyst

relationships in the SFA market (Gartner and Forrester primarily), conducting

briefings around product strategy and business momentum, manage input process

for key analyst research reports and own overall AR strategy.


Deliver core CX Foundation Products & Technologies vision,

messaging, value proposition and content at Customer Visit Center, key Oracle

events (e.g. Oracle OpenWorld and Modern CX) and 3rd party events.


Help develop and nurture key customer relationships and advocates.


Support field in closing strategic deals


Contribute to developing CX Foundation Products & Technologies

competitive intelligence


Work with key System Integrator partners within their CX/CRM

practices to position and enable them to deliver the Oracle CX Suite along with

Foundation Products & Technologies solutions 


Help identify and recruit complementary and innovative independent

software vendors to enhance CX Foundation Products & Technologies offering


Requirements for this position include:

·     10 years progressively

increasing product marketing (outbound) responsibility in a cloud enterprise

software environment

·     Strong CX/CRM/SaaS cloud

application product & domain knowledge and understanding of market-based

strategies and competitive landscape. 

·     Exceptional messaging skills

in both written/oral/presentation communication skills

·     Ability to articulate CX

Foundation Products & Technologies products in terms of customer value and

impact on their business, employees, customers and partners

·     Ability to build

relationships and influence outside of authority while leveraging Oracle expertise

and resources.

·     Highly organized and

 Education & Experience: MBA/Business, Communications,

Marketing, Computer Science, Journalism/English degree or hands on experience

in management role in these disciplines.','!*!Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. The ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management.
