The System Specialist / Super User will be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of procurement and inventory systems. This position is responsible for overseeing of incoming procurement related support requests from our 2600 locations. The position involves a complete understanding and expertise of procurement platforms and technology resources (including: Oracle iProcurement, APEX, OneNote, ServiceNow, and Salesforce). Requires the ability to identify problems, continually look for service improvement opportunities, and handle escalated issues that involves senior level support. Also, assist with a variety of team projects and initiatives assigned by Management and/or Product Managers.

Advanced knowledge of system functionalities (Oracle iProcurement, APEX, ServiceNow, OneNote, and Salesforce)

Provides Level II support for our procurement systems

Maintain and analyze departmental data to identify trends and patterns; notify management or suggest corrective actions

Drives process improvements for procurement related applications

Contribute documentation to the current Knowledge Base/Job Aids

Support, provides guidance, and educates department teammates on current processes and procedures, as well as on-going changes.

Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously

Provide local Helpdesk Teammates with Senior Level support

Support the implementation and deployment of new department procedures

Backup for catalog changes and user acceptance testing in our procurement systems

Builds and develops positive working relationships with the team, teammates, and vendors

Assist with a variety of purchasing team projects and tasks as assigned

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to: Work overtime with little or no notice as needed

Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed

Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures

Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position


(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology.

Minimum of two (2) years' related experience in Customer Service required Supply/Sourcing/Purchasing experience in healthcare or multi-site company strongly preferred

Full working knowledge of the Oracle iProcurement / Purchasing Module

Knowledge in SQL, APEX, ServiceNow, Tableau, and Salesforce is a plus

Advance computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Ability to use computer and all peripherals for extended periods of time

No required tasks involve greater exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues than would be encountered by a visitor. The normal work routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids or other hazardous conditions.
