The Consumer Lending team includes Home Lending, Personal Lending, and Dealer Services, including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses and other key partners.

Wells Fargo's Personal Lending group

is part of the company's Consumer Credit Solutions business and serves more than 3 million customers in all 50 states. The group provides credit products to help customers meet their financial needs: private student loans through the Education Financial Services business; personal loans and lines of credit through the Personal Lines and Loans business; and auto financing to customers at more than 6,000 Wells Fargo banking branches through the Direct Auto business. Wells Fargo Personal Lending also provides customers with free tools and financial education resources to help them succeed financially.

The Business Controls team includes Incident Management Response/Business Continuity Planning, Quality, Third Party Service Providers (TPSP), and Facilities for Personal Lending Group (PLG).

This position is responsible for review and documentation of Business Controls processes, procedures and workflows. This work includes:

Drafting and/or updating moderate to highly complex business procedures.

Identifying or assisting in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities.

Implementing new policies, processes and/or procedures, ensuring compliance to enterprise policies and regulations.

Providing support to business process analysts, consultants and/or process design teams.

Researching, compiling, testing and evaluating process and workflow documentation.

Partnering closely with the PLG operations team and Compliance and Operations Risk teams to align Business Controls processes to policy.

This individual possesses a unique combination of technical, self -directed, interpersonal, and collaborative skills including a strong leadership presence and a positive can-do approach to business initiatives, opportunities, and issues.

This individual may assist in audit and exam management researching process related requests and responding in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Qualifications

3 years of procedure writing experience, business process improvement experience, or a combination of both
