Shift: 3:30pm - 2:00am Monday - Thursday, possible overtime on FridayWage: $12.00/hr. plus $0.35/hr. shift differentialCentral Rubber (a Molex company) is seeking talented Press Operators to join their growing team. This position is responsible for loading, operating, and unloading presses to produce rubber products consistent with the product specifications while maintaining production and quality standards and controlling waste. Press Operators will assist in other departments and work in other capacities as needed.Primary responsibilities include:
Load raw materials into press as indicated by pressroom instructions
Monitor press operation and cycle times to meet operating specifications for each product
Unload product from press and remove trim
Inspect product for defects and report deficiencies to leader
Maintain a clean and organized work area disposing of waste and trash
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area paying attention to foreign material that could contaminate product
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Observe all safety standards and environmental procedures

Job Requirements
Can you:
Lift and move up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis?
Lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally?
Wear steel toed boots while working?
