A 100 bed-licensed rehabilitation hospital, Spaldingspecializes in treatment of conditions such as: Stroke, Brain injury,Amputations, Orthopedic injuries, Neurologic conditions and other disablinginjuries or medical conditions.Position Summary: Under supervision of department Supervisor, PT evaluates patients; plans, implements, documents, modifies treatment programs; participates in discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education; participates in administrative duties and PI; pursues professional growth; assists with student education; performs other duties as assigned.Position Requirements: A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure in State of Colorado as a Physical TherapistBLS certification. B. Education:Bachelor\u2019s or higher Physical Therapist Education required to obtain a Colorado Licensure C. Experience:6 months preferred. D. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Evaluative and treatment skills commensurate with formal education, as well as organizational, documentation, communicative skills; also ability to document on computer.
