Join us in our mission to change lives!Where You’ll WorkAs a member of our fulfillment team, you’ll work in one of our pharmacy distribution facilities, which are responsible for filling and shipping over 90,000 prescriptions a day. These state-of-the-art facilities are climate controlled, well-lit, and use a wide variety of technology to help you perform at peak productivity levels.  Functions of the Job (What you’ll Do) Maintain high quality standards when packaging patient medicationsIdentify issues that impact quality and productivityEnsure each package receives paperwork, envelopes, medications, packing and/or shipping labels before sealing and sending to patients. Raise issues to Supervisor for action; provide input regarding solutionsEnsure the address prints correctly on each package and all bags are correctly sealedAccurately package prescriptions that require special handling according to specific process and policy requirementsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be able to work 2:15pm-10:45pm Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday 9:45pm - 6:15amNo prior experience required; previous experience in mailroom, customer service or pharmacy is usefulBasic math skills and general PC knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email)Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to stand for extended periods of timeWillingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume timesWillingness and ability to learn internal systems/processes as neededImportant Things to KnowThis is a fast-paced job that will require you to be on your feet for extended periods of time.Schedules are determined by business need and may change frequently. Flexibility is key!Standard operating procedures are in place to ensure accuracy of orders and patient safety. The ability to follow instructions is important.Various types of experience and backgrounds have been found to be successful in this role – including experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, and other customer service roles.
