Humana is seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Manager of Process Improvement, Governance, Strategy and Metrics who will have the ability to lead, inspire, and engage associates to execute flawlessly on our benefits and eligibility Strategy on a Page (SOAP). Individual will ensure that all future process improvement initiatives are aligned within our governance structure and support the team with its goal to produce and enhance metrics for all lines of business (LOB). It is critical that we exceed consumer expectations and deliver on Humana's brand promise. The Pharmacy Manager of Process Improvement, Governance, Strategy and Metrics drives operational execution in providing integrated pharmacy services to and for customers and partners by acting as a liaison, alleviating barriers to cooperation and collaboration, and encouraging ongoing feedback to ensure all associates can contribute at optimal levels. Role Essentials Candidates for this position must have the following skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business or 5 years of related working experience. 2 years' experience in compliance and audit Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to Humana leadership. Able to give direction and make sound business decisions. Role Desirables Leadership experience as a supervisor, manager or director.Process Improvement skillsReporting Relationship You will report to a Pharmacy Director. Additional Information Hours: Need to be able to work flexible schedules during peak season, which may require evenings and weekends.
