Summer internship in Software Product Management. Learn in the emerging and disruptive Device as a Service (DaaS) market category. Lead a project to help identify software and services features required to create a competitive advantage in the market and drive priority in HP’s Analytics and Proactive Management software platform for DaaS. Work with Product Marketing and Region Marketing to position HP DaaS offerings within the market. Engage with engineering and align with Product Marketing for successful delivery and go-to-market execution. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, and participate in or lead cross-division, multi-function teams.

Responsibilities:

Identify software and services features required to create a competitive advantage in the DaaS market.

Assess market competition, position HP products, and determine areas to drive differentiation against competitors’ DaaS offerings.

Clarify value proposition vs. competition and work with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications to effective message and position offerings.

Contribute to team through effective collaboration.

Recommend product/service/solution strategic direction to senior management.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelors degree and 1st year of Master's program completed.
