The Android Enterprise Business team is focused on bringing Android to business everywhere. You will play a critical role supporting our enterprise partners in integrating and supporting the Android Enterprise platform on their devices and with their customers. You will also programize and grow the engagement model, allowing for adoption at scale. You will advocate for the Android Enterprise platform APIs and OS capabilities, while communicating Android roadmaps to partners, customers and analysts.

You’re an independent contributor who will will lead technical device and customer integration efforts including OS Enterprise feature support, API integration, and troubleshooting (both partner and customer) and interfacing with our enterprise engineering and product teams.

The Android Enterprise Business (AEB) team is responsible for go-to-market activities for Android’s enterprise efforts. We set the overall business and ecosystem strategy and prioritize and execute partnerships. We work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Google Cloud) as well as external partners and customers.

Responsibilities

Support OEMs and carriers with Android OS device support questions and issues

Work with external system integrator teams to present business solutions/configurations for the most challenging issues to deploying customers

Serve as a central coordination point for partner bugs and issues escalated by partners

Participate in enabling the Google Partner community through the development of technical tools and documentation

Provide product solution improvements and market opportunities to Product Managers and Engineering teams

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in enterprise mobile devices or solutioning and technical issue resolution

Experience with OEM and carrier or system engineering

Preferred qualifications:

10 years of program management experience with complex global technical programs.

2 years of relevant programming experience in Java, Python, C , or JavaScript.

Ability to work well in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.

Proven ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience, and comfort presenting technical materials to large groups

Knowledge of Android, iOS, Chrome OS, and Chrome Browser. Understanding of network identity management systems (SSO, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos and NTLM).
