Partner Marketing Lead, Platforms and Ecosystems
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (AdWords, AdSense, DoubleClick, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As Partner Marketing Lead for Platforms and Ecosystems, you’ll shape the future of Android and Google consumer services around the world. You’ll develop high-impact partnerships that will massively amplify our reach and strengthen our global brand presence. You’ll be the partnership expert, spearheading planning, management and execution of co-marketing initiatives with Google’s biggest OEM and carrier partners. With deep knowledge of how Google’s products work across devices and carrier networks, you’ll guide your team to build compelling full funnel co-marketing programs for Android, Play, Chrome, Assistant, Search, and more, driving results for Google and our partners.

Manage and inspire a team of marketers responsible for massively amplifying Google’s reach and impact through custom partnerships as well as scaled marketing activities
Identify, prioritize, and act on strategic partnerships; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and persuade senior leaders within Google and our Partners to pursue high potential opportunities
Build deep partnerships and support team in developing co-marketing with major partners
Balance the team’s efforts for deep partner engagements and co-marketing executions with scalable global solutions effectively (marketing toolkits, reusable narratives and partner pitch materials, internal and external case studies)
Be Google’s brand guardian, building partnerships that drive results while strengthening our global brand presence
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of relevant work experience.
B2C and/or B2B marketing leadership experience.
Partner marketing experience with OEMs, Carriers, Retailers, or Consumer services.
Team management experience; proven leader with experience managing large-scale complex projects, building relationships across internal / external teams, and influencing demanding senior stakeholders.
Strong writing/presenting/strategy development; experience creating compelling visual assets, messaging and narratives.
Ability to inspire agencies to deliver exceptional work that influences partners and consumers.
Skilled at designing end-to-end marketing strategies and full funnel integrated marketing campaigns, including above and below the line marketing, retail, and partner media.
