Responsible for operating a packaging machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.  Adjusts machine settings as needed to maintain box creation equipment. Brief Description POSITION SUMMARY\r
Responsible for operating a packaging machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.  Adjusts machine settings as needed to maintain box creation equipment. Detailed Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\r
1.      Responsible for using packaging equipment to build corrugated boxes for all clients in the warehouse.\r
2.      Responsible for maintaining and completing daily cleaning and Preventative Maintenance on the carton packaging machine.  \r
3.      Responsible for replacing and repairing conveyor belts, gears and other mechanical components.  \r
4.      Responsible for turning in a list of all corrugate that was made for the day.  Responsible for maintaining stock for all sizes of corrugate used in the warehouse.  \r
5.      Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies by performing weekly stock audits for both corrugate and warehouse supplies and completing re-order forms.\r
6.      Responsible for ordering and delivering special supplies as needed. \r
7.      Responsible for unloading supplies truck when delivered, checking invoice to ensure all supplies are accounted for and then putting away supplies in designated locations.  Verifies supplies received to ensure accuracy of incoming shipments.\r
8.      Receives Premier orders and subdivides into separate product category for stocking activities.\r
SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: \r
May also assist in the Multi-client area if needed. \r
Operates forklifts to unload trucks.\r
Performs additional duties as directed\r
Job Requirements Qualifications\r
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: \r
1.      High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.\r
2.      Warehouse Certification and/or Operations Certification, preferred.\r
3.      Minimum, Up to 3 years of work experience in an industrial setting, required.\r
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES: \r
1.      Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with sensitivity and confidentiality; Portrays a professional demeanor.\r
2.      Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.\r
3.      Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.\r
4.      Must have a good attention to detail.\r
5.      Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.\r
6.      Skill in using automated and manual equipment.\r
7.      Strong written and verbal communication skills.\r
8.      Attendance in green zone.\r
9.      Technology WMS.\r

EQUIPMENT, TOOLS & WORK AIDS \r
Material handling equipment (to include items such as: hand truck, forklift/reach trucks, cherry pickers), stretch wrap machines, safety knives, safety harnesses, printers, Computers and Tablets.\r

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS \r
1.      Fingering:   Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.\r
2.      Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.\r
3.      Strength and Physical Requirements:  Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.\r
4.      Visual Acuity:  Closely viewing in order to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.\r
