Position Summary and Responsibilities

Position Summary:Provides technical and hands-on development for the performance, testing and development of hybridization processes for sensor chip assemblies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Implements, follows and audits strict FPA Production processes and procedures
Oversees the workflow and work distribution for FPA Production labs
Operate Hybridization equipment FC-150
Follows travelers and work instructions for all work performed on hardware
Complies with TS&I Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures
Supports efforts to identify and correct root causes of damage occurring from backend processes performed
Frequently works with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for tracking and reporting of data


Qualifications & Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:
Ability to perform assembly tasks using a microscope
Knowledge of mechanical assemblies and precision alignment mounting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Manual dexterity for the use of hand tools
Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow procedures and diagrams
Advanced computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices
 Education and/or Experience                                                  High School Diploma with ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience with handling and manipulation of small parts with tweezers
