Marketing Specialist, Digital Description This position supports T-Mobiles Marketing Digital strategy by maintaining vitality and growth of T-Mobile communities, increase brand awareness & promote company brand and services, through digital channels. The goal is to manage, grow & achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media & digital marketing roadmap. Should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.Enterprise Core Competencies Enjoy solving problems. Essential Functions Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Collaborate with other departments (Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, Legal, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions Qualifications: Qualifications Minimum Required Proven 2-4 years working experience in social media marketing, as adigital media specialist or in web design & development Proven track record of delivering multifaceted, digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution and leveraging data to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Strong digital copywriting, design, content marketing, and verbal communication skills required Exceptional project management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus, lead, influence and delegate Must have proven ability to translate customer insights into successful digital marketing programs and a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to customers Good understand the interplay between offline and online, paid, earned, and owned channels. The terms SEO, SEM, social, display, attribution, retargeting, personalization, and benchmarking are not alien to you.Fully bilingual in English & Spanish, both written & spoken Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Desired Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery and Java Script development.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, CRM software, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools Google Ad Words & Facebook Blue Print Certifications Minimum Qualifications: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED. Pre-employment background screen.
