Job Description The OD Lead for the Business Process Academy will be assigned full time for the first 1.5 years to the ERP team and will be responsible for helping to develop the learning strategy for the ERP implementation and executing on the strategy. This will be a true Learning partnership between the ERP project team and the role with the goal of readying Albemarle for the ERP implementation and ensuring a robust learning program for super-users and end users. Following the project, the  OD Lead will be fully integrated into the global learning organization where he / she will have ownership of one or more functional academies. In coordination with, and with the support of the ERP Team, the primary responsibilities of this role include: Identify / Develop / Source training modules for ERP skill set development for Super Users and End Users Oversee the deployment of training to all end users globally via designated site or business process training resources Partner with the ERP team to fully understand the project and academy goals to deliver effective learning modules Track and monitor training completion and effectiveness Establish and utilize standards, metrics and best practices for SAP training Utilize various tools and techniques to ensure content is relevant, up-to-date and impactful for the end user Provide subject matter expertise and a strong ‘learning voice’ for the ERP team taking into account validated adult learning techniques and methods Partner with various internal resources to ensure standardization of learning approaches and technologies across the enterprise Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or field related to learning 5-8 years of experience in advanced learning roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain collaborative partnerships Strong writing skills, specifically in training and process development Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills Strong analytical and project management skills Knowledge of various learning and HR technologies (Cornerstone LMS preferred) Experience in the development of learning and training modules for SAP preferred CPLP certification preferred Choose to unlock your full POTENTIAL.
