Operations Coordinator - Clayton Lodge

The
Operations Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of operations at the Clayton
Lodge and for providing support for facility functions. 

The
OC directs and coordinates Lodge activities to obtain optimum efficiency and
economy of operations, while maintaining a high level of customer-centric focus
for our guests and team members.

Coordinate & direct internal and
external service providers (i.e. food & beverage, housekeeping,
maintenance, IT, grounds crew, etc.) in ensuring a world-class experience for
team members and guests.

Assists in resolution of guest
complaints and service recovery processes.

Adheres to all company procedures and
regulations as well as standard operating procedures.

Performs daily, weekly and monthly
property inspections.

Ensures property, grounds, and work
areas maintained to standard.

Build strong working relationships with
the various departments within the Clayton Family to ensure maximum operating
effectiveness and fulfilment of special event needs.

Facilitate events and meeting preparations
by supporting training personnel, executive assistants & group leaders in
the planning of team member events, conferences, and training symposiums
conducted at the Lodge.

Develop protocol and standards for
effective operation of the Lodge and support facilities (cabins, pavilion,
etc.).

Assist in the procurement of 3rd
party service providers in support of the Lodge operations

Train event and group leaders on the use
of available audio, visual, and collaborative technologies and offer initial
troubleshooting measures.

Monitor maintenance progress and
FF&E (Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment) conditions and provide status
report.

Audits on par stock on all areas to make
sure that all required Lodge supplies are ordered and stocked in advance of
need.

Performs audits on rooms and other
operating areas, to ensure they meet standards.

Monitor Guest feedback via surveys.

All Other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements
A
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field
preferred or equivalent experience.

Minimum
of 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Demonstration of elite customer service and
hotel management experience a huge plus.
