Zions Bancorporation is currently seeking a highly-qualified professional for the role of “Operations Compliance Manager” in its Compliance Risk Management department. This position will be in Salt Lake City, Utah. Core Responsibilities: *Leads the development and oversight of the Zions Bancorporation (Company) Operations Compliance program including Bank Operations Compliance, Deposit and Treasury Compliance, Digital Compliance, and Tax Information Reporting Compliance. *Advises key Company executives by providing compliance risk expertise, perspective, and-or recommendations on issues, strategy, regulatory change and environment, and regulatory examinations. *Addresses concerns and issues raised and-or escalated by staff, including work with confidential and sensitive employee matters. *Leads and manages change proactively to ensure compliance readiness. *Ensures Company management and the Chief Compliance Officer are aware of concerns and issues as appropriate, and addresses deficiencies as appropriate. *Oversees assessment of compliance risk to the Company for assigned laws, regulations, rules, and-or guidance, including assessment for new or changing products and initiatives. *Directs and assists staff with the development or revision of policies, procedures, contracts and agreements to ensure compliance. Owns policies and procedures as needed. *Ensures coordination and communication inside the Company, including acting as member or chair of committees and-or councils. *Supports the execution of the Regulatory Compliance Framework and Enterprise Risk Management Framework as a senior leader in Compliance Risk Management. *Reviews compliance monitoring and evaluates the results. *Interfaces with regulators and-or auditors. *Coordinates with Internal Audit and Legal partners. *Looked to as an example for employees and for direct and indirect people leadership. *Contributes to and completes performance evaluations, and mentors and coaches staff. *Manages cost center budget. *Other duties as assigned. Qualifications *Bachelor's degree. *10 years of compliance risk management experience or other directly-related experience. *Expert knowledge of compliance policies, procedures, regulations, and laws. *Superior communication, analysis, organization, customer service and management skills. *Exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving. *Strong ability to apply and-or develop highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts. *In-depth knowledge of other related fields and ability to apply information to current role. *A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. *CRCM preferred
