R9416 Operations Analyst (Open)
Job Posting Title:
Run daily, monthly & quarterly revenue reports from system and reconciles against deferral lists provided by Revenue Operations.
Perform analysis of bookings, revenue, gross margin, forecast rollups, pipeline, and trending.
Gather data for Annual Bookings plan.
Assist with data pulls and activities for monthly billings and quarter close process.
Work on sales tracking, reporting, audit, and reconciliation.
May assist in the adjustment process.
Create, communicate and ensure the accuracy of various reports required on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain key performance indicators for Professional Services.
Create various KPI and QBR presentations.
Assist in the creation of various management Dashboards.
Gather data for metrics for senior management.
Identify qualitative and quantitative business cases for metrics and reporting.
Reconciles various reports.
Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
Identify improvements processes and definitions to provide consistent reporting & best practices.
Participate on project teams and requirements gathering for projects as needed.
Strive to consistently keep technical skills up to date by participating in training when needed.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Advanced level of expertise using Microsoft Office suite.
Advanced Excel with strong technical ability to automate Reports (Pivots, Vlookups, Macros).
Experience with Customer Relationship Management, Salesforce Automation Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning and enterprise reporting tools required.
Basic SQL helpful, but not required.
Ability to analyze financial reports, determines and addresses problem areas, and suggests relevant solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills required.
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Has a thorough understanding of the people, processes, technology issues and a passion regarding customer service (internal and external) and delivery/execution.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with a variety of organization, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Proactively recognizes how business processes impact reporting.
Independent and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with little supervision.
Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field or equivalent experience.
Fluent in written and verbal English. Additional language skills preferred.
