Operations Analyst (Underwriting Account Sr. Assoc.)','17010716','!*!Role Summary:

This role requires effective book of business management and

strong organizational skills. The main deliverables include settlement

production (i.e. reporting 5500 financials to our Healthcare clients) and completion

of Rate Action Forms (RAF) to downstream pertinent sold information to our

primary business partners.  Operations Analysts

are expected to meet or exceed established production metrics and perform

timely tracking of action step completion within the Dashboard tracking system.  Operations Analysts also interact with several

different matrix partners on a daily basis to help proactively manage their

book of business.  An ideal candidate

will actively engage in internal relationship building to leverage collaborative

expertise, improve current processes, and assess value added vs. non-value

added tasks.  Beyond core production,

Operations Analysts are expected to embrace a high performance culture through attention

to detail, teamwork, personal development, accountability, and involvement in

special committees/projects.

Responsibilities:

Interacts with matrix partners

in the coordination/accurate completion of Rate Action Form and

effectively communicates sold plan information.

Produces accurate and

timely year-end settlement financials and 5500 reporting for our clients.

Performs routine

maintenance, report preparation and/or issue resolution with efficient

book of business management.

Completes timely portfolio

workbook checks in the Underwriting Dashboard.

Builds and maintains strong

effective relationships with all matrix partners (Underwriting, Sales,

Implementation, Billing, Commissions, Contract Agreement Unit, etc.)

through open and clear communication.

Complies with all business

operating controls/quality assurance processes. 

Takes personal

accountability for contributions to organizational results by successfully

completing all required training.

Participates in committee

and project work in addition to core production deliverables
