Job DescriptionThe Onsite Talent Manager role is designated to assist in the overall support of the temporary workforce at a customer location. Essentially, the position acts as an extension of the customer's human resources department by developing and maintaining the relationship with the customer and temporary employees through best in class service. This role acts as the Face of Kelly Services to the customer and temporary workforce. Working in conjunction with our internal operations and shared services staff, the individual will have a broad range of responsibilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to working with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs, facilitating the process to acquire temporary staff and then ensuring orders are filled timely and with qualified employees. The Onsite Talent Manager understands and is able to speak to the customer processes, procedures and policies. The Onsite Talent Manager will be responsible for managing the account as well as growing and expanding the business. The Onsite Talent Manager will work closely with the temporary workforce to create a positive employee engagement experience. In addition, the Onsite Talent Manager will be held accountable for meeting and exceeding the overall level of service delivery at their location by developing or using existing best practices. Their success will be highly impacted by their ability to develop working relationships with the customer, temporary employees and the operational support functions within Kelly Services. This role will be onsite at our client site in Midland, GAQualifications: -\tBA or BS in Business, HR, Marketing or related field OR equivalent relevant work experience -\tExperience implementing and or managing onsite/on-the-job safety practices-\tExperience Managing/Growing an Account.-\tProven experience creating/developing best practices to promote positive customer and employee engagement.-\tStrong negotiation, interpersonal, follow-up and decision making skills; extensive experience interfacing with clients to work through challenges, ideas, etc. in a strategic way-\tAbility to function in complex, metrics oriented and fast paced work environment-\tAbility to work with cross-functional teams and with varying levels within the organization (floor employees through site director)-\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills (Spelling, Grammar, clearly and appropriately communicate via email)-\tIndividual must be able to function independently/autonomously yet know when to involve management.-\tAbility to adjust to constantly changing workforce demands-\tCreative, strong attention to detail skills, with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and to be flexible with frequent changing demands.-\tStrong problem solving and decision making skills required.-\tMust have proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).-\tExperience working with and processing workforce timesheets, both manual and eTimekeeping Additional Requirements: -\tComfortable working in a diverse environment.-\tSelf-motivated and resourceful-\tIndependent thinker with problem solving and conflict resolution skills change-\tAbility to work autonomously and offer solutions to identified gaps-\tConfident in ability to ensure compliance to client and Kelly Services policies and procedures-\tAble to focus/multi-task in fast-paced Manufacturing environment-\tMust adapt quickly and appropriately to change.-\tMust be able to respond to client's frequently changing staffing needs -\tLeadership responsibilitiesAbout Kelly Services\u00c2\u00ae As a global leader in providing workforce solutions, Kelly Services (Nasdaq: KELYA, KELYB) and its subsidiaries, offer a comprehensive array of outsourcing and consulting services as well as world-class staffing on a temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire basis.
