Assistant

The

Office Assistant is responsible for working closely with the sales team to

generate reports and presentations using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

and PowerPoint.  The position will also be responsible for providing

Position Responsibilities

Create, update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and

PowerPoint presentations.

Work with outside vendors, such as copier service,

uniforms, etc.

Understand and interpret numbers based on sales figures

and margins/percentages in order to track, document, and report on KPIs

(key performance indicators) and efficiencies for the sales team.

Account payables, ordering supplies, and incoming /

outgoing mail.

Create new customer accounts through Master Data and

process customer master maintenance additions and changes accurately and

efficiently.

Answer office phones and direct calls as required as

well as greet incoming visitors.

Meet demanding schedules while striving for accuracy.

Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with

sensitive and confidential information.

Schedule and assist with new hire orientation.

Enter orders into the appropriate system, including

employees sales.

Become crossed trained to provide administrative

support and back up the cashier role

Provide vending coordination and support

Perform other similar duties as requested.

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)2 years’ experience in an office setting2 years’ experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables,

writing functions, V Look-Ups)2 years’ experience tracking, consolidating, interpreting,
