Program Manager, Global Logistics


This role requires a broad level of experience and understanding of logistics audit and compliance, 3rd party logistics, warehousing, transportation, crating/packaging, logistics contracts, service parts logistics, and reverse logistics.

This role reports directly to the Global Logistics Audit Program Manager, Global Logistics Sourcing and will have the responsibility of managing logistics audit and payment processes and performing logistics analysis.

Responsibilities may include:

Generating reports, models, and data driven recommendations for all levels within the organization to support business decision making

Managing logistics providers and auditor for the logistics audit program

Manage routing guide compliance and logistics costs recovery programs

Track metrics, pareto defects, root cause corrective action

Update profile/process documentation

Global Logistics Projects support

Key attributes to ensure success in this role include a strong attention to detail and a solid ability to lead multiple parties (internal customers/colleagues and external suppliers) to drive problem resolution and change as necessary. This role requires the ability to work individually and collaboratively within a matrix, multi-site, global, and cross-functional team. The successful candidate will be able to develop, gather, review, validate, analyze, report, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations with respect to financial and attributes data associated with the Global Logistics. Highly motivated, results oriented, flexible and positively natured are key attributes for success in this role.



Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in logistics operations, logistics audit/payment, or relevant technical/analytical discipline

Experience delivering results within a global organization and a comprehensive understanding of best practices related to logistics billing, global supply chains, transportation, warehousing, and crating operations

Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, or Logistics required


Supply chain management, logistics audit/payment, claims, contracting, and business/finance


Highly detail oriented with strong project management and leadership skills as well as demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, change management and time management

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation (both written & verbal,) with the ability to analyze complex situations quickly and present findings and actionable information clearly and concisely

Proven financial and business acumen with the ability to prepare financial cost/benefit analysis

Requires expertise with MS Excel, including lookups, macros, and pivot tables, PowerPoint, and proficiency with Word, Outlook, Visio, and Access

SQL query experience is a plus


Ability to travel domestically and internationally required
