Identify new business opportunities to grow current and new customer sales through OEM’s after sales departments.
Business Development – Designs, develops and implements specific and innovative programs to support the national field sales organization. Leads the responsibility for assigned OEM after sales relationships ensuring the planning, execution and delivery of PPG commitments; Measure and document account performance to plan; Maintain up-to-date account profiles.
Influencer Growth – via OEM after sales and network relationships, support account profitability and growth initiatives for mutual benefit; mobilize and execute necessary resources to support growth
Field Sales Support – Drive OEM technical approvals. Coach sales staff on PPG OEM technical approvals and OEM Collision programs in order to grow customer’s existing business and assist in securing target accounts.
Contract Preparation – given account relationship and value provided, data collection, analysis and recommendations, serve as a key role in contract negotiations and or preparations, strategy development, and renewals.
Competitor Awareness – understand competitors, their offerings (products & services) and develop counter measures to potential competitor threats.
Industry Awareness – identify industry influencer trends and initiatives and assist accounts in strategy development to meet such trends.
Business degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years business experience
OEM after sales relationships
Quick learning of PPG value offerings
Strong computer proficiency – Power Point, Excel, Word
Functional and Technical Skills:
Strong communication & presentation skills (written & verbal)

Asset: Business Industry Knowledge
