NA Partner Marketing Manager

/ leader is responsible for creating and executing the NA Partner Marketing Plan. Primary responsibilities include developing innovative and differentiated programs for reseller and MSP partners with an understanding of their specific go to market requirements. Marketing leader will drive deeper engagement with CA’s NA Partners and create pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Will utilize a variety of program tactics to drive content, messages, engagement and pipeline with CA’s NA partner community. Will develop, execute and measure integrated marketing plans with specific resell and MSP partners. Will work cross-functionally with a variety of key stakeholders including Global Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, RTM Sales team, Global Partner Program, Geo Field Marketing and Geo Partner Sales teams. Will support key program initiatives with resell partners including partner communications, MDF and Partner incentives. Will provide metrics including pipeline generation and ROI for programs.

Experience & Qualifications*

5 years’ experience in a partner marketing role.

Experience in developing and executing channel marketing programs.

Experience in developing and executing partner specific integrated marketing plans with Resellers and MSPs.

Understanding of the various elements of partner programs including MDF and Incentives.

Ability to engage with executive leadership.

Ability to develop relationships and work cross-functionally.

Budget planning and management including experience with MDF.

Available for approximately 10-20% business travel.

Preferred Education:*

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Skills & Competencies:*

Competent with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Marketing platform experience such as Marketo a plus.

Strong time management skills

Meets deadlines and works well under time constraints

Ability to analyze data, come to conclusions about the business and make recommendations.

Able to produce reports and PowerPoint presentations Strong written and verbal skills.

Strong presentation skills.
