DaVita seeks a full-time designer to create compelling motion-graphics education for dialysis patients. The ideal candidate has experience, or a full education, in motion-graphic video design & production. In addition to animating, the candidate will also be responsible for creating all assets for their videos so strong graphic design skills are also required. The candidate will join a group of super talented motion-graphic designers on the team, and should be fulfilled working on both group and individual projects. All content created is part of a new patient education program that combines advanced learning theory with colorful scripting. This position will be hands-on for all aspects of the design and production process. It will report to the Sr. Director of Patient Experience.

Qualifications The candidate should have the following skills and/or experience:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or similar

Required - proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Illustrator

Required - proficiency in motion graphic production using Adobe After Effects

Required - strong eye for composition

Required - strong organization and a passion for cataloging

Strongly Preferred (not required) - proficiency in Adobe InDesign for print layouts

Preferred (not required) - proficiency in Adobe Premiere for live video editing
