Medicare Sales Trainer

POSITION SUMMARY

This individual will consult with local markets and national sales leadership to identify, design, develop and deliver key sales training programs to enhance sales. This individual will also take point on developing key sales collateral to support our sales operation.

Fundamental Components:

Work with key constituents to identify key sales training opportunities 10%

Develop and propose sales training design for review & approval 15%

Build actual training program content & collateral 15%

Deliver sales training via the most appropriate medium 35%

Develop appropriate sales collateral 25%

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Superior knowledge and application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and educational media. Prior successful sales training experience is required. Medicare and Medicare Advantage/PDP expertise would be a real plus.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Learning/Instructional Designer/Developer Certification is desired

Functional - Learning/Learning Management System Administration/4-6 Years

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES
