Our offering includes a wide range of topics across the payments value chain, ranging from products to business, technical operations, fraud & risk management, and acquiring, as well as new & emerging technologies. The delivery of training solutions is executed thru the provision of face-to-face seminars as well as through the Academy on the Web (AOW), Mastercard’s remote-learning platform. A key success factor is the ability to offer the right training solutions in line with the needs of the customers, at the expected level of quality and at the right price. OverviewThe Training Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, development, and sales of best-in-class training solutions for our customers through face-to-face events and AOW, in conjunction with the Academy faculty. Managing and influencing a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, through a consultative and client focused approach will enable the jobholder to be successful in the role. Some travel will be required within the roleRoleWorking in close partnership with the internal and external stakeholders, the jobholder's responsibilities will include the following:Proactively manage the sales process (internal and external) for assigned new and existing Mastercard Academy training solutionsIdentify and realize new revenue opportunities, such as untapped customer segments, innovative training programs and new target audiences both for F2F as well as remote training solutions. Actively take part in the business development and thought leadership activities ensuring knowledge, know-how and best practices are shared and leveraged.Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders and external clients to drive advocacy, support, engagement and sales. Develop compelling new training and education propositions aligned with industry and market developments, product roadmaps and customers’’ requests (in partnership with subject matter experts when needed).Manage specific aspects of the development and delivery of both new and existing Academy programmes (F2F and AOW), including content development & maintenance, interactive elements, and evaluation.Lead the on-going management of the Mastercard Academy Faculty including the annual train-the-trainer program Participate the recruitment, training and development of the faculty of trainers.Contribute to the execution of the Academy strategy continuously improving the effectiveness and quality of training solution design and delivery, using (and developing) ad hoc tools and KPI metrics.Other tasks and duties may be added and/or evolve due to the nature of the business.All about youExperience of working with or for a number of different payment industry stakeholders within a customer facing role, ideally within a consulting, sales or training capacity (min. 3-5 years).Demonstrable experience of managing stakeholders at different levels with an ability to influence to achieve results.Track record of managing the development and delivery of education or training events - both F2F and remote.Experienced project manager able to balance multiple tasks, build and execute against plans on time and within budget. Customer centric with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Good analytical skills.Advanced PowerPoint with Intermediate Excel and Word skills.English proficiency required; other languages desirable.*LI-KV1Equal Opportunity EmployerEveryone wants easier ways to pay;we invent them.Checkout lines are slow;we speed them along.Merchants want more sales;we give them data and insights.People need financial access;we connect them.Corporate purchasing is complicated;we make it simple.Commuters are busy;we speed them on their way.Governments need greater efficiencies;we help create them.Small businesses are virtual;we give them access to a world of buyers.Retailers want to fight fraud;we provide the tools.Posted 5 Days AgoFull timeR-57596
