WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a Master Planner at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
Scheduling efficient planned and predictive maintenance activities per the Work Order Management process
Coordinating maintenance activities with Production and crew scheduling functions
Assisting with/creating operating budgets and capital budgets with department manager(s)
Ensuring equipment reliability adheres to plan and meets availability metrics
Managing deviations in production plan with focus on equipment reliability
Ensuring appropriate tracking & completion of all work orders
Scheduling PMs, WOs and O/S Services to fully utilize planned and unplanned downtime
Providing technical and problem solving support
Supporting Continuous Improvement and Reliability processes while taking ownership and demonstrating a commitment to food safety and safety
Supervising store room clerks while ensuring physical inventory cycle counts and resulting adjustments are completed by Stores Personnel as per the 404 audit requirements
Planning for required equipment/resources to execute planned down time activities (kitting)
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Manufacturing, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
High School Diploma/GED with substantial related work experience
Experience with food manufacturing or material handling in the maintenance area
Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures
Ability to effectively motivate, communicate, delegate, negotiate and train and effectively achieve results through others
Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant related work experience
Proficiency in planning/analysis, and excellent organizational skills
Experience working in a union environment and an understanding of labor contracts and work rules
Experience with SAP

Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation and working 12 hour shifts.
