Tetra Tech invites you to consider the opportunity to join our strong and dynamic national infrastructure marketing team as the Staffing Manager. THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION. Possible locations for this position include Irvine, CA; Denver, CO; Orlando, FL; and New York, NY. The successful candidate will oversee the staffing resources ( /- 12 full time employees), managing workload across the US. This includes assigning work, balancing workload, providing mentorship, and overseeing that standards, policies and procedures are being upheld. This person will also write proposal documents, create presentation content, and develop other related marketing materials. The position must be able to prioritize, multi-task, function effectively under multiple deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload and manage time efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while demonstrating an energetic “can do” attitude.
Oversee the day to day needs of the marketing coordinators
Assign and balance workload to ensure standards, policies, and procedures are implemented and upheld
Mentor and provide training opportunities for staff to reach individual goals which support the growth and capabilities of the team
Prepare, write, and create proposal and interview submissions, including writing/editing text and design layout with inclusion of graphics utilizing the Adobe create suite software
Organize proposal, SOQ, presentation and other marketing material in the Company’s databases
Work with project managers, marketing management, and office staff to support day-to-day sales/business development efforts
Candidate must have a minimum of 15
years of AEC industry experience as a marketing, proposal or business development specialist with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. We desire candidates with a B.S. degree in business, marketing or communications – consideration will be given for proven years of experience. Must be willing and able to travel across the US.
