Marketing Specialist





Position Purpose: Develop and produce marketing materials for corporate-sponsored health initiatives (i.e.: flu vaccination campaign, diabetes management, pregnancy program, etc.) for health plans and product lines (Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, etc.)

Interface with various departments and ensure consistency in branding and image

Act as liaison and collaborate with subsidiaries and company departments on marketing programs and plans

Ensure all marketing material complies with government regulations

Manage and document approval process including responding to questions or rejections

Develop and coordinate comprehensive communications to promote new healthcare initiatives

Write, edit version and proofread communication materials.


Education/Experience: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience. 3 years of marketing or advertising experience, preferably at an advertising agency, corporate marketing communications or healthcare department. Healthcare and practical design (Quark, Photoshop, etc.) experience a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
