Create timelinesand budgets for all global internal and external marketing deliverablese.g. videos, web pages, collateral, newsletters, email campaigns,PowerPoints, events, etc. in a fast paced, high volume environment(approx.3,000 projects annually).Candidate will also need to support the global Communications teamas well as other segments and functional departments with ad-hoc projects
For each marketingproject, candidate will need to create workflows and assignments in theWrike Project Management tool and follow the item through conceptdevelopment, production/design, final approvals, launch and translationsprocess to ensure clientâ€™s project requirements and deadlines are met
General project managementtasks include project managing and tracking marketing programs that are30-60-90 days out; setting up weekly touch point meetings; creating daily,weekly, monthly dash boards; following up daily to ensure deadlines aremet; setting up appropriate kick off meetings for strategic projects
Be the main pointof contact for our Wrike Project Management tool, train new users andgroups on the system and work to continually improve our processes ofworking within the system
Collaborate withour lead designer on communicating and allocating project requirements anddeadlines to designers
Communicates withothers: Provides information to others both internal and external to theorganization; represents the organization to customers and other externalsources.
Monitor andControl Project Work: Measure project performance using our Wrike projectmanagement tool in order to monitor the progress of the project, identifyand quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, andcommunicate to all stakeholders.
Manage Change toScope: Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and projectcosts using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep theproject plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized projectchanges as defined in the change management plan and facilitate customeracceptance.
The idealcandidate will have a bachelorâ€™s degree and a background incommunications, marketing or journalism with background working in aProject Management Office(PMO) or in the project management space
PMP certificationhighly desired
Knowledge of WrikeProject Management Tool a plus but not required. Willingness to learn andembrace the program is a must.
Minimum five yearsof relevant experience managing creative content at the corporate oragency level is required. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume agencyenvironment or marketing environment would make this candidate stand out.Printing background and familiarity with Indesign, Hubspot, would be aplus. This varied role will require the successful candidate to be aproven team player with a â€œcan-doâ€ attitude and excellent communicationskills.
Being aself-starter by nature, this person will possess effective organizationand project management skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-pacedenvironment while being flexible, adaptable and responsive to shiftingpriorities.
This person willneed to be able to work independently, but also work very well within ateam environment.
Strongcommunication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to support teambuilding: Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation amongteam members.
Ability toadvocate a creative atmosphere, facilitates entrepreneurial meetings, andenvisions a final product and overall market acceptance early in thedesign and/or development process.
Ability toestablish alliances with other departments and organizations byrecognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership andcommitment to the program.
Ability to identifyproject risks by defining risk strategies and developing the riskmanagement plan in order to reduce uncertainty throughout the projectlifecycle
Experience inInDesign, HubSpot is a strong plus
Working knowledgeof Microsoft Project, MS Office
Knowledge or WrikeProject Management a plus
