Job Description:

Are you a seasoned product marketing veteran who is looking for new opportunities in the fast-paced and innovative world of digital workspaces? Do you enjoy speaking with customers to understand their business challenges and uncovering how solutions are strategically impacting their overall business? Citrix Workspace product marketing is an excellent way to apply your business and marketing acumen to tackle new product launches, promotions and programs. This senior product manager position will be responsible for owning and driving the go-to-market strategy for individual product launches of our billion-dollar Citrix Workspace solutions. In this collaborative environment you will be asked to develop relationships and create product collateral to support the marketing, sales, services, third party alliances and back office systems within Citrix. You will also develop and deliver customer and partner facing product information to evangelize our product strategy, use cases, and features to our large customer base and channel. You will be viewed as go-to resource that is knowledgeable about Citrix Workspace Services business processes and product information. At Citrix, we expect product marketing to have hands on experience installing, configuring and using our products, so you will be given training opportunities to become certified in Citrix technologies. This is an exciting time to be a part of the Citrix Workspace Services organization. We have a strong, established customer base that serves as an advocate of transforming the physical workplace into a cloud-hosted, digital workplace that can be accessed from any device anywhere around the world. Together, we are working with our customers and partners to develop new app and desktop virtualization, UEM and Content collaboration solution that address today’s and tomorrow’s business needs.

Primary Duties/ Responsibilities

Experienced presenter who is a good storyteller and capable of tweaking presentations in real-time based on audience needs.

Excellent written and verbal communication. Capable of authoring industry and product related blogs, white papers, and presentations.

Works across a large cross-functional team to develop a go-to-market plans for fast-paced product launches and cloud-based services offerings.

Own and drive a go-to-market plan for product launches and new offerings.

Understand the competitive landscape within the Unified Endpoint Management and applications and desktop virtualization market and apply this knowledge to extend Citrix’s leadership position.

Engage with readiness, sales, integrated marketing, and channel teams to promote key use cases for Citrix Workspace Services

Leverage existing relationships with Citrix customers, partners, product managers and sales representatives to effectively position and sell Citrix Workspace Services

Have a technical understanding of the Citrix product portfolio and effectively communicate those capabilities to a large audience with varying levels of product functionality.

Understand key concepts around desktop and server virtualization, cloud computing, server-based computing, and network/systems architectures.

Successfully execute assigned project tasks, appropriately relay status and escalate issues to project leads.

Have proficient time management skills and the ability to multi-task across multiple assignments.

Demonstrate the ability to effectively network across multiple functional areas in an organization.

Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned projects and tasks to appropriate stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to give and receive constructive feedback, ability to interact and partner with people at all levels and locations

Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

An MBA is highly preferred, but not required.

3-5 years working with identity management, enterprise mobility and application/ desktop virtualization technology.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Marketing, Business Information Systems or equivalent field of study a plus, with a minimum 3.3 GPA.

Experience with cloud computing, public cloud administration desired.
