We are seeking an energetic, passionate, web savvy and highly motivated candidate for a Marketing Manager position. This position will work closely with the corporate and divisional marketing and sales teams to develop and implement stand-alone and integrated marketing programs, content marketing and internet marketing for ABM

Primary responsibilities include writing and developing compelling messaging, marketing plans, campaign content and marketing materials targeting influencers and decision-makers that are responsible for outsourcing facility solutions, primarily in the Parking industry. This individual will be involved with idea generation, content creation and development of broad, thematic campaigns as well as shorter-term opportunistic promotions and quick-hit sales ideas. 

The Marketing Manager will be focused on developing, enhancing, supporting and growing ABM’s brand awareness, internet presence and lead generation efforts through driving Marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties

Actively lead or participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new lead campaigns, promotions and brand awareness and ensure they are scalable across the enterprise.

Employ strong project management skills, including the ability to independently, manage multiple projects, meet deliverable dates and prioritize and organize effectively.

Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, service lines flyers, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, landing pages, web content, newsletters, and sales tools with input from marketing, executives, sales, PR and clients.

Work closely with our graphics designers to provide objectives, creative direction and storyboarding for various online and offline ad programs and associated marketing materials.

Work closely with Corporate Sales to develop scalable lead campaigns within and across service lines and industries.

Simultaneously leverage new content across all electronic, digital and internet platforms for internal and external use

Work to support ABM’s branding and visual identity guidelines.

Provide content for social media campaigns, events, press releases and other newsworthy information.

Contribute to online strategies that include search engine optimization, keyword search, PPC, social media and help drive our PR 2.0 strategy.

Provide standardized content for presentations for client and partner meetings.

Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences, particularly as part of fully integrated demand generation campaigns.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Social Psychology, Marketing, Public Relations or Business Administration required.

Minimum 1-3 of equivalent experience. 

Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Well organized with ability to multi-task and think outside of the box.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team.

Must be able to prioritize projects, work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Self-starter and able to work independently.

Problem Solving skills

Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience using or other CRM products is desirable

Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
