Based in Berlin, you will oversee the creation andimplementation of a strategic brand plan and the management of execution acrossthe Central region to fuel consumer demand, drive brand strength and theconnection with young consumers.   Leadership, Vision, and Strategic PlanningBe the marketing leader for Nike YA in Centralregion (German-speaking and Central Europe countries) and lead for categorymarketing in BerlinAct as the primary category brand contact personfor the region. Ensure local consumer and brand point of view are included in EMEAmarketing plans.Serve as a key member of the category marketingteam locally and in the EMEA organization and work with the Marketing Functions(Retail Brand, Brand and Corporate Communications, Digital Brand, and Sportsmarketing) in leading planning, development, and executions of integratedmarketing initiatives for Nike Young Athletes product category.Regularly communicate with EMEA team onprogresses and evolution of strategies and priorities, to ensure constantregional alignment.Consumer ConnectivityLead consumer connectivity and conceptdevelopment.Drive the process to gain insight from consumersin every aspect. Identify cultural trends within our audience with a strongfocus on Berlin.Assess key concepts to drive a robust conceptmap. Drive execution of marketing planTimely and effective delivery of seasonalMarketing Plans.Drive excellence in marketing execution of YoungAthletes category initiatives, maximizing the creation of demand and sustainedconsumer connectivity, offline and especially online.Ensure alignment, creativity and insight in allmarketing disciplines and focus on cross functional execution of marketinginitiativesWork with functional marketing teams to plan& design a specific role for each marketing function to enhance impact ofmessages.Drive cross business marketing budget processfor the category, ensuring visibility of all relevant category and functionalspend and influence alignment against priorities (geographical and functional).Qualifications  Minimum requirements:Educatedto Bachelor or Master degreeMinimumof 5 years of directly relevant work experience (category marketing in amanagement position)Minimum5 years of working experience in digital marketingFluencyin English, written and verbalExperiencein bringing consumer insights to build, develop, and successfully manageprojects;Experienceand ability to work in cross-functional team, including virtual team
