As a member of the Service Marketing team, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and executing service growth strategies for our thermal solutions business. These growth strategies will be developed through the expert use of Voice of the Customer discussions to discern customer segments, economics [willingness to pay and cost to serve], competitive dynamics, targeting, development of offerings for each target segment, and development of all go-to-market approaches including channel, positioning, pricing, and promotion.

Develop and implement comprehensive service offering for target markets.

Provide strategic guidance and work closely with marketing communications to buildbrandand drive sales through demand generation activities.

Lead overall commercial excellence – value propositions, segmentation, sales toolkits, pipeline development activities, customer events, channel and corporate account development planning.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or an Engineering or Technical field.

WE VALUE:

MBA is strongly preferred.

Significant working experience in strategic marketing, channel marketing and/or product marketing in a global leadership capacity.

Demonstrated experience working with distribution, end users, and OEM customers across the complete product lifecycle, including NPI, portfolio management, sales forecasting/delivery,relationship management, etc.

Working experience and industry and domain knowledge in commercial and industrial combustion or related industries strongly preferred

Deep understanding and experience in microeconomics, finance, VOC, research and analysis and basic marketing toolkit with the ability to practically apply. Must link strategies to financial results

Program / Project Management: Have a working knowledge and experience of project management techniques; utilize project management tools to load/balance resources, define critical paths and risk mitigation plans

A driver who possesses the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner

A creative yet pragmatic problem solver. Methodical and hands-on as well asdetail-oriented

A “conceptualizer” of enterprise and market trends/issues who can then integrate that thinking into marketing and business strategies. Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues. Excellentplanning, execution, and project management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with all levels of management as well as a diverse workforce.
