The Marketing Coordinator located in our Corporate Office in Denver provides support to the DaVita marketing team by assisting with projects that are essential to positioning DaVita as the clinical leader in kidney care and a Provider of Choice for those requiring dialysis services.

This position will project manage the development and execution of a variety of Marketing creative to be distributed via multiple channels across multiple audiences and will, therefore, gain a broad view of the most important stakeholder audiences for the business.

This position works with cross-functional teams, both within the Marketing & Communications team as well as the broader organization, and is highly focused on project management, analytics and delivering service excellence

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist Marketing Managers in developing and executing marketing campaigns and key initiatives in support of overarching objectives

Project manage development of marketing creative

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing lane leads, Brand team (writers/designers), Interactive team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization, Legal, Compliance, HIPAA, etc, on creative development and approval

Create and monitor timelines and budget, where applicable, for projects

Day to day management of internal tools that facilitate creative review and approval to make sure projects are completed on time

Compile data and metrics associated with campaigns and initiatives, develop and manage monthly reports

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

0-2 years of experience

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
