What you will do:

Assist

the Manufacturing Shared Services team in tracking and analyzing data to

identify improvement opportunities including increased uptime/product quality

through root cause analysis, problem solving, data-driven analysis, decision

making, and waste eliminationWork

with Manufacturing Shared Services team in structured problem-solving exercises

partnering with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to identify and

eliminate recurring quality, safety, and productivity issuesLead

engineering project management support for manufacturing projectsFollow

all Keurig Green Mountain policies and procedures','!*!What you must have:

Must

be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time academic program,

majoring in an Engineering discipline or StatisticsMust

be in strong academic standingMust

work effectively with teams, communicating and participating in a constructive

mannerExcellent

organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to

manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlinesStrong

communication skills including excellent listening, written and verbal

abilities
