Looking for Sr Project Manager with a strong knowledge of the creative process to help our team of designers and copywriters complete their work on time, to spec, and with exceptional quality.



*Support VP of Creative Operations with process improvements at every step, implementing innovative project management solutions to plan and manage projects *Help define operational stragegy and workflow for the team's day-to-day operations *Coordination and facilitation of all print marketing efforts including monthly retail installs, barricades, lease-required advertising and direct mail. *Partner with various business owners to develop briefs and learn requirements for print projects, overseeing timelines, understanding collateral needs and keeping all projects on brand and on time *Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure development timelines and deadlines are met *Project manage and produce jobs from kickoff to in-hand date. *Support VP of Creative Operations with accurate project tracking and scheduling documentation *Oversee art releases, retouching, approvals, pre-press, versioning and file release *Route all projects for approval with key stakeholders *Assist on ad hoc print projects as allocated by the VP of Creative Operations

3-4 years' experience in process management for print design

Collaborative, proactive and energetic with the ability to motivate teams to produce quality work on time and within budget

A natural planner with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to switch focus as necessary to accommodate deadlines and priorities

Creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach and ability to identify opportunities and efficiencies

Ability to establish strong working relationships with a variety of people across different disciplines

Ability to gather, organize and present information orally and in writing to groups and individuals in a variety of settings

Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
