Manager (Fast Track to Partner)

New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking managers, business owners, and recent MBA graduates to take part in our Fast Track Partner program. We are interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals who are willing to join the company as a Financial Advisor and over the course of just 1 year, surpass expectations and be selected to become a Partner in our General Office. A New York Life Partner’s responsibilities include the successful recruiting AND development of a team of financial professionals, who would enjoy:

Job Requirements

By joining New York Life as a Partner, your ability to become promoted to a Senior Partner or Managing Partner is determined based upon objective criteria.

Partner Qualifications:

MBA completion within the previous 24 months


Prior management or business owner experience with an income of $80K or greater within the last 12 months

Preferred but not required:

Life and Health License
Series 6 or 7 and Series 63
Previous experience in financial services industry
Previous experience in insurance industry
Previous sales experience highly preferred
Bilingual highly preferred
