Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a highly qualified, mission oriented individual to lead a team located in Melbourne, FL, with the responsibilities including (but not limited to) the following:
Ensures that the sector real estate function is chartered and equipped with experienced personnel to lead the transaction execution process and to sustain real estate planning and portfolio requirements
Reviews and approves all transaction components to included contract documents, business and economic analysis, analysis of alternatives and other related supporting documentation
Plans, schedules and handles the timely completion of all transactions and collaborates closely with the Corporate Real Estate staff to ensure that submitted transaction documents are processed in accordance with contract terms
Prioritizes the daily work activities of the sector staff, supervises the preparation and submittal of strategic plans and runs the departments annual operating budget
