Responsible for the daily operation of the department to include preventive maintenance tasks and assignments, work requests and assignments, and multiple tasks involving a variety of services provided by the department.

Experience

5 – 10 years hospital plant operations experience/Required/.

Journeyman level tradesman or college graduate Preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Ability to manage diverse, multi-trade workforce; manage minor renovation projects involving multiple trades; organize and manage contracted projects; assign, manage and follow-up on preventive maintenance completion and ongoing compliance to meet JCAHO requirements

Education:

High School graduate required.

College or trade school graduate preferred.
