\t\t\t\t\tPerform activities necessary to manage the development and execution of a broad range of midstream gas facility projects including compression, gathering, treating, and processing with strong emphasis on processing. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: \u2022 Define and prepare job scopes and cost estimates \u2022 Provide leadership and direction to project team that may be comprised of internal and external service providers including but not limited to Project Engineers, Planning Engineers, Operation Engineers and Environmental Engineers \u2022 Deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism, including but not limited to departments such as Procurement, Environmental, Safety, and Land \u2022 Create and direct the controls for assigned projects \u2022 Provide or direct the appropriate level of project documentation during the project and following completion to assure compliance with Corporate, Federal, State and other governing bodies policies \u2022 Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate project proposals, descriptions and status to upper management, governmental agencies and/or the public \u2022 Communicate the status of developmental activities to business sponsors using written and verbal communications \u2022 Provide accurate monthly project cash flow forecasts \u2022 Manage projects in a manner that assures safety, reliability, environmental and human impacts are mitigated while meeting the project goals (including but not limited to Schedule, Budget, Safety and overall Quality) \u2022 Speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal skills and listen carefully \u2022 Communicate with Management on goals and objectives \u2022 Ensure ongoing improvement through evaluation of current processes \u2022 Maintain a regular, dependable attendance and high level of performance \u2022 Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.

\t\t\t\t\tEducational Requirements (minimal requirements and any additional education or training that would be helpful) \u2022 Undergraduate (Bachelor level) degree from an accredited institution in Engineering is required. Course of study in the discipline of Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred. Job Requirements (specific experience, skills, knowledge, certifications, licenses, working conditions) \u2022 15 plus years of specific experience in Project Management for projects related to compressor stations, pipelines, amine treating, glycol dehydration, nitrogen rejection, cryogenic and refrigeration-type processing plants. \u2022 Must be able to understand the needs of the business unit(s) for which development work is being performed \u2022 Possess a detailed and current understanding of quality specifications for wellhead gas, residue gas and NGL. \u2022 Experience with construction inspection activities; vessel, piping, and inspection codes \u2022 Intermediate to advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Suite general products \u2022 Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes \u2022 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including, but not limited to the ability to present ideas, proposals and results to business segment leaders and to internal and external customers \u2022 Ability to organize and prioritize daily work, including tracking and managing large projects, and see projects to completion while maintaining strict confidentiality (as necessary) \u2022 Must be able to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, and work with minimal to no direct supervision \u2022 Must possess general understanding of how corporate policies, procedures, practices and processes relate to the Midstream business segment, associated business units, and internal and external customers \u2022 Experience in developing, implementing and successfully managing operating budgets \u2022 Ability to work with a team, take directions from supervisor(s), high degree of attention to details, follow work rules, and adhere to established work schedules \u2022 Ability to identify and establish expectations in an employee/employer relationship (subordinate/manager) \u2022 Must possess and maintain a valid driver\u2019s license, and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers \u2022 Strong leadership, communication, motivation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage projects that will include working with individuals with varying disciplines, backgrounds and experience levels \u2022 Requirement to carry a company-provided cell phone/pager and be available to respond during working and non-working hours. \u2022 Effectively prioritize workload between several projects including the ability to take on new projects and shift priorities on short notice. Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge (above the min required; not required, but advantage in this position) \u2022 Understanding of basic economic analysis as it pertains to project justification \u2022 Professional Engineer registration
