The purpose of this position is to partner with the enabling functions and business groups in administering the planning, execution and reporting of domestic and international compliance program elements to include the following risk areas: social compliance activities, third party due diligence processes, Cobb and international compliance programs; and the preservation activities associated with each element. The social compliance activities include the managementof an audit program for production facilities and associated remediation oversight, supplier code certifications and self-assessments for customers. The third party due diligence activities for key business partners include self-assessments, response analysis and remediation. The Cobb and international compliance programs include policies, disclosures, federal sanctions screening, training and other communications.


Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, and obtaining ethics & compliance professional certification within 12 months.

Experience: 10 years preferred

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills are required for maintaining and reporting of compliance programs; and familiarity with SAP transactions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to include the ability to prepare and present program material to large and small audiences.

Position Specific Skills: Analytical and organizational skills to include budgeting and knowledge of compliance regulations and policy application.

Travel: Minimal travel
