**Job Title:** Manager, AML Compliance - GAO Programs **Requisition #:** 1704456 Western Union is changing. Right now, we are seeking aManager, AML Compliance – GAO Programs, based at Western Union’s headquarters in Englewood, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the Global Agent Oversight program. **In additional, you will** : Build agent oversight processes, systems, and strategies that will facilitate global alignment and ensure compliance with international laws, government regulations, and industry best practices. Manage the development of and updates to program policies, procedures, and desktop documentation. Oversee timely and thorough completion of any regulatory, audit, or third-party action plans. Actively participate in and oversee the program’s project portfolio, including but not limited to strategic initiatives and system requirements. Work closely with the Global Agent Oversight Reporting Manager to develop program-level measures of success, and to provide status updates, reporting, dashboards, and presentations. Establish and maintain forums for agent oversight discussions, change management, and escalation pathways. Engage with relevant partners, including regional compliance, other compliance groups, and other business groups to maintain alignment and achieve program objectives. Ensure all project objectives are fulfilled and are transitioned smoothly into business as usual. Monitor/evaluate program progress, escalating any issues, proposing solutions for improvement, and taking responsibility for implementing improvements. Manage team members to ensure all goals are met on time and within scope. **Qualifications** : Minimum of five years of progressive experience managing projects in a complex retail financial services organization with multiple products in payment services, or in a regulatory agency specializing in compliance issues for payment services. Understanding of compliance regulations within the banking/financial services industry. Prior experience drafting policies, procedures, and program documentation strongly preferred. Prior experience addressing regulatory, audit, or third-party action plans strongly preferred. Able to create change through influence, foster teamwork and orchestrate teams; demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, ability to earn the trust of leadership and business partners. Very strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. The ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment due to the nature of the global regulatory landscape. Ability to coordinate global program initiatives with diverse participation. Proactive, strategic, curious, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement. People management experience.
