**Job Description**The Legal business unit is seeking a talented, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager who will help us redefine the way we recruit for high-volume, entry-level talent. In this role, you\u2019ll be responsible for creating and carrying out the talent acquisition framework and strategy to support high-volume, entry-level recruitment. You\u2019ll also champion the talent acquisition process to ensure a constant flow of high quality candidates to support business goals while ensuring the team is hiring the best possible talent.The Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead a team of 4-5 recruiters, filling approximately 500 hires annually. You will also partner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition and HR to drive continued recruiting process improvements, improve hiring manager and candidate experiences, and deliver against our diversity recruitment roadmap.**Roles and Responsibilities:** Hire, mentor, professionally develop, lead and manage a team of recruiters who are responsible for high-volume, high-quality and high-speed hiring goals Review and refine the candidate journey and recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness Develop and consult on industry-leading assessment methodologies to improve quality of hire Serve as a full lifecycle recruiter on critical openings Implement best practices to attract and recruit diverse talent, including use of technology, social media, community outreach, military, educational, professional organizations, referral networks and outplacement agencies Develop and manage a robust program to maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality entry-level and intern candidates (via university recruitment, partnerships with professional organizations, etc.) Create and implement recruitment marketing strategies to increase awareness of opportunities and applications of entry-level talent Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to identify sourcing strategies to acquire best talent available Ensure compliance and reporting for all federal and state specific hiring practices Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary Fulfill special projects as assigned**Qualifications and Experience:** Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources Management or related area A minimum of 8 years of experience in a high volume recruitment role and 5 years proven leadership, managing and coaching experience Experience recruiting for sales and customer service positions Experience leading university/college recruiting efforts Recruitment marketing experience preferred**Your Profile:** Self-starter who is proactive and demonstrates a sense of urgency Strong communication/collaboration skills Strong relationship building/consultative skills Ability to recognize root cause of issues and to proactively develop solutions Strong project management skills with the ability to organize work and prioritize projects to meet deadlines Outstanding attention to detail High tolerance for continuously evolving needs; enthusiasm for continuous process improvementAt Thomson Reuters, we believe what we do matters.
