To this end we are building a range of advertising products that enhance the customer experience and are integrated with our core eCommerce platform. We have developed products that leverage Amazon\u2019s strength as a world class eCommerce platform and have integrated advertising into the shopping experience from first discovery to purchase. The future of our business is compelling and we are focused on building a robust, innovative business enabling advertisers of all sizes. Our products range from ecommerce ads that integrate the power of familiar shopping features to visually stunning Kindle screensavers. We can reach customers on Amazon properties, both web and mobile, and across our ad platform. A strategic part of our charter is to build a portfolio of self-service, cost-per-click advertising programs to enable both large and small advertisers to engage with customers in relevant ways. Examples of products already in the market are Sponsored Products and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS). We are building a new team who will own go to market strategy, adoption, advertiser success for Self-Service Performance Advertising programs. This team will have functional expertise in marketing, product, account management, market analysis, and program management. We are looking for a result-driven leader to grow the Amazon Marketing Services and Sponsored Products businesses. As a Manager, Self-Service Performance Advertising Onboarding, you will lead a team of Launch Specialists, determine strategy and define programs to drive advertiser adoption, and increase team productivity through automating processes and testing new initiatives. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity. It is day one for our business and you'll need to use your analytics, business skills and raw smarts to solve complex problems and exercise great judgment. The ideal candidate will be metrics-driven, creative, and customer obsessed. A strong leader who can prioritize effectively, communicate clearly and persuasively, this person is able to drive focus and excellence within their team and the teams they work with. This includes solving for how we scale launching new advertisers, onboarding new advertisers to set them up for success at launch, coordinating one-to-one activities across teams and marketing programs for maximum efficiency, automate manual processes, and measure the impact the team is having on the business. Your team will primarily be responsible for initiating outreach to advertisers through both phone and email communication, reporting on success metrics. They will work directly with advertisers to drive advertising campaign creation, handle advertiser inquiries, set advertisers up for success with post-launch onboarding programs, and assist with marketing projects. Working directly with advertisers, product managers, and developers, your team will develop strong feedback mechanisms to inform the marketing, account management, operations, and product roadmaps. Supporting your team, you will serve as the Amazon ad product specialist, helping educate clients on the product solutions and best practices. You must be results-driven, continually identifying opportunities for improving team efficiency and new advertiser launch quality. You must also have strong analytical skills, and be able to work with various data sets. This is a critical role as your (and your team\u2019s) efforts will drive advertiser commitment, revenue growth and product improvements. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver against acquisition and monetization goals across multiple ad products.
Build, manage, and lead a high performance team.
Be an expert in understanding advertiser and customer needs.
Serve as a consultative product expert for your team, working directly with clients to help guide media planning, execution and measurement.
Work with technical account management, sales, development, and product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance.
Uncover the business needs of our advertisers and develop strong feedback mechanisms to inform and influence the product roadmap.
Identify and design innovative solutions to provide the benefits of program management engagement at scale.

Basic QualificationsTo be given consideration for this opportunity, the successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and personal attributes:

Bachelor degree and proven work experience in e-commerce, technology, or digital sector including experience building and managing teams.
Ability to establish and manage your business to a set of key metrics and goals.
MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other related Master's degree.
Experience working in a B2B environment in a sales, marketing, or related role.
Superior verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by experience.
Experience in online advertising.
Passion for ecommerce and/or digital marketing and a track record of delivering outstanding results.
Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
SQL skills.
Experience with SalesForce.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for having fun.
