Whether it’s sourcing ingredients, manufacturing our pods, or negotiating with our suppliers, the team works collaboratively across US Plants, Switzerland, and Asia to provide the freshest and highest quality products to our consumers.  As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Compliance function and assessing, manage, and maintain Customer Sales Order specifications.  This position implements best practices and leads work impacting the overall design and strategy for the function.  This position coaches and mentors the team.

What you will do:

Lead a team to assess, manage and maintain Customer Sales Order specifications

By working cross-functionally within Keurig and with external 3PL providers, manage new customer communications about requirements for order management, order placement, and shipments/receiving, all of which appear in the customer routing guides

Keurig liaison between internal cross-functional departments, 3PL providers, and Customers on routing guide requirements.

Vet all Customer requirements and conduct financial cost analysis of unique service requests

Reduce Customer compliance fines working with internal and external stakeholders

Build reports and strategic plans to manage compliance expectations

Oversee problem resolution for issues identified through the Customer scorecard process

Drive documentation of compliance performance for future validation/challenge of any chargebacks    

Support AR team in negotiation and resolution of compliance chargebacks  

Drive consideration and development of new capabilities via Customer Logistics Review Board

Survey best practices in CPG industry and maintain knowledge of emerging compliance trends       

Participate on the Customer Logistics Review Board and provide input to make decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, business, or related field required; Master’s degree in business or related field preferred.

15 years of experience in a related role, and 3 years leading people.

Detailed and deadline-orientated to meet regular and periodic needs of the business for accurate and timely information.

Strong capability to thoroughly review and sense-check results so that analysis is right the first time.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Ability to independently perform complex analysis where data gathering, working with internal and external stakeholders, selection of analytical methods, and synthesizing many quantitative and qualitative inputs is required.
